Pollution Solution
Smaltz loved limburger cheese with passion
A fact that turned co-workers’ noses ashen.
The stench made ill all near his breath
Notes on his locker hinted at death.
Smaltz now finds cheddar fragrantly in fashion.

Mother Nature - Not Amused
Oceans, woods, abused, confused!
Mother nature not amused!
Her bellies aching.
Mistakes we're making!
Time pollution was defused!
There is an old man of the ocean,
To marine life is his devotion.
We have to put right,
Marine waters plight.
Or suffer our own devolution!

Plastic Tides
There's an ocean of plastic waste
Which Trump claims just adds to the taste
Marine life is best
When put to the test
Besides who can tell in fish paste?

My Missing Quilt
Oh my, I'm suffering from wind
I just wish my body would rescind
For my quilt I do probe
It's on top of my wardrobe
Out of reach and totally pinned
.
Inspired by Jan Allison's Poem 'The Real Gods of Wind'

Knickers - For Contest
The clothing she wears is obscene,
And knackered her washing machine,
She washes by hand,
But please understand,
Her knickers are never too clean...
for Jan's Limerick contest

Now Hear This
Barking dog, siren, and boom box
Are among the top voter squawks
There's no solution
To noise pollution
But your Congressman says money talks!

The Air Is Free
The air is free but don't foul it up
Can't capture it and save it in an air tight cup
It comes and goes
Through any size nose
So treat it with care and never never let up

Lily Pads
Green, are lily pads
Floating on a waterfall.
Clear of pollution?
Indeed I dare not say yes.
But soon there will come a day.

Methane Gas
Humans create methane faster than earth can remove it
Like a NASA launching site, a gaseous substance does emit
Two and a half times the pollution
Since the Industrial Revolution
So let's all stop farting, that disgusting habit to quit

The Polluting Poem
Black smoke in the past pollute the sky
Now radio electrical waves the why
Addicts of energy habit of use
Electronic devices quite the abuse
And now to post the poem wi-fi

In DC

In DC the House and the Senate
Our confidence they cannot win it
They don't try as they might
They just fuss and they fight
Our country to hell try to send it

Days of Smog
Do you remember the days of Smog,
Smoke filled Novembers in Fog.
Today you would not believe,
A time when we could not breathe.
Thick Air, not fit for Man Nor Dog.

Noise Pollution
The biggest culprit of noise pollution is restaurants
It's a major source, and it can be extremely harming
Hearing is compromised
Dining pleasure's diminished
It usually goes unnoticed, but our stress level rises

To solve the evil of pollution
just eating less is a solution

Panic
Something's more intense than falling in love
It's finding a toilet in a dirty big rush
Like freaking panic
Become totally manic
You let go, PANIC AGAIN as the washroom floods

Thrifty Scots made a new High Street
from plastic trash folk used to eat
The USA
Won't pave that way
Trump claims that oil just can't be beat!

Don't you just love to poo?
On the soup, yes you do
Can't escape
But can relate
To the world made by you!

Winter of Discontent
The purity of rain, sleet and snow
Is not what it was some years ago
But Trump does not care
What falls from the air
Unless it lands inside Mexico
A section of Trump's Vanity Wall
under construction collapsed and fell
into Mexico

Governor Pritzker Gives a Crap
Pritzker gleaned his mansion of crappers
for the purpose of not paying taxes
but when his belly gurgled
alleyways filled with his turds
a homeless gal just sat back and laughed

Micro-plastics have clogged up one vein
Fouled my stomach, and addled my brain
It is sad to say
But Trump got his way
Pollution remains a profit gain

Donald Trump is one of a kind
Because he is out of his mind
The void fills with gas
That blows out his ass
And leaves the blind leading the blind

To nourish our farmland again
Public health gets the boot
As Dick Cheney yells, "Shoot!"
You know how Trump hates John McCain!

Farting 6 years straight can create an atomic bomb
Seems the military should invest in “beans.com”
That'd be a smelly war
Really soil your drawers
So don't light a match and just remain calm

Endure Impure and Obscure
Evidently we are required to endure,
Results of pollution caused by impure;
While we wreath,
Hard to breath,
So we have hidden it or made obscure.
