Praying Mantis at basement door
I had not seen you here before
So lime green you stand out
Scarey enough to make me shout
Died next day in pool filter__gore

Mary the Praying Mantis

There once was a mantis named Mary
Her legs were disgustingly hairy
She was offered to Gus
Who threw up in disgust,
Not wanting to be eaten by Mary.
