pets,
Sometimes I walk around the house in the nude
Our Golden Retriever Annie says she finds it quite rude
So I says to her
Except for your fur
You don't wear clothes, you ain't no prude?

dog,
Our golden retriever, is a golden conniver
Knows how to act all cuddly we've discovered
To get what she wants
Does her little dance
So appealing, really difficult to admonish her

A curly-haired golden retriever,
Was known as a bit of a diva,
One day, out of habit,
She caught a fat rabbit,
But none of her friends would believe her!

pets,
The greatest doggie in the world is our “Annie”
An almost human golden retriever, it's really uncanny
Her vocabulary is wide
By our wishes, she abides
At times she's naughty but we put up with her hanky panky

pets,
The average dog is a nicer person than the average person
No question about it especially our Golden Retriever version
We've got one of those
So I make her wear clothes
Of course Annie our Golden isn't wild about this diverion
