The Drought

Too many forest fires along the main, fire's leaving blackened nature stain, burning leaves and debris, flames awry have to flee, nature once again too deprived of rain. 11-16-16

A very somber limerick, Cheryl. I understand that fire/drought is no laughing matter, but it is good that you brought it to our attention here at PSoup. That is a good thing. Hope you get rain soon. Living in Mich, we seem to never lack rain or snow. Ha ha ha. Very informative poem. Love you always.
