Thank you Upma! No, in real life I plan my holidays well; I hate unpleasant surprises. (I used to go on adventure ones, but that was in my carefree youth!) // paul

After living in remote villages in Alaska I pretty much understand what it's like to wake up in no mans land. Nice limerick Paul, enjoyed it..... Robert.

Thank you Robert. I often wonder what it's like living in Alaska; I'm not at all sure if I would stick it out, not after living in a warm Mediterranean climate. Have a nice day. // paul

Thank you for the 'like' (now that we're dealing with FG as well). I find that writing a limerick or something funny from time to time helps the mind to relax and take a break. // paul
