Ostracized Not Secularized

There was a man who was thought to be numb, Some even said he was dumb, But he tried to live a good life, Married a wonderful wife, And all his critics were bummed. His friends were pretty sparse, They'd rather he be a farce, It's lonely to live in Truth of course, One must be as strong as a horse, ...Much easier to be his ****.

They say "the truth will out" no matter what. Good write. Thanks for the invitation, but we are trying to pay for all the stray cats we're rescuing from the cold, namely four kittens - Spot, Fuzzy, Tiny and Midnight - who would have all perished on our front porch because of a virus they picked up. Love, Dave

This fella's friends could have learned a thing or two from this man. I love the last three lines of this double-limerick, Rob. Got a great laugh! Love, Carolyn
