Ha, ha, ha . . . what wonderful, fresh humor. This limerick demonstrates, lest anyone have a nanosecond of doubt, your remarkable versatility as a poet. I stand all amazed, Jan. hugs x x x

Aww thanks so much Paul:-) I do enjoy writing the limerick form it appeals to my sense of humour - I do wonder where the inspiration/creativity comes from but as long as it contines to flow I am happy:-) hugs jan xx

Thanks for your encouragement, Jan. I believe it is both daunting as well as exciting ... a fresh new chapter, so to speak.

You have to look at it as a new challenge and new phase of your life Timothy - when we moved to the Isle of Man from England it was a huge change... but it is the best move we have ever made - been here 20 years now and love it - would never go back to living on the mainland now - love our safe secure little Island. These things happen for a reason and i know it will work out well for you:-) hugs Jan xx

"So Larry, do you wear boxers or briefs?" asked John. "Nope ... I'm trying this new thing out, called "barrel" ... supposed to keep everything loose down there, while still staying protected. Plus it's great for the Missus when she asks me to take the trash out ... all I gotta do is crouch down low and bam! Completely hidden." ... "Sounds great, Larry! Do I have one I can buy from you? *starts removing barrel* ... "On second thought I think I'll stick with the briefs ...

lol Timothy - I see you catching up on the Jan humour before you go on your travels :-) wishing you every best wish for your new future - it may be daunting leaving everything you have known for so long but it is the start of a new phase in your life:-) hugs Jan xx
