Waking up for school was hard enough, still half asleep not ready for the bus, breakfast on the dot, snap, crackle and pop, noisy Rice Krispy's helping us wake up. 12-5-16

Lovely limerick, Cheryl. I loved to hear the snap, crackle and pop. Parent love cereal, it's already prepared, just pour milk. Easiest meal ever to give your kids. Excellent poem, dear lady. Love and joy to you.

This was really cute. I remember those days, now my breakfast comes in a cup and is as dark as the sky is when I force myself out of bed. :)

I remember my mom used to slice up bananas and put them in mine. Snap, crackle, pop, rice krispy's:) Fun stuff, Cheryl.

I do remember those commercials and those little elfin guys singing in unison, "snap, crackle, pop Rice Krispies!" Lol, I'm still not ready for the bus either! Thanks for your visit and witty kind comment James!:)
