Just Eat It

When with the bayou they're messing BP says, "Oh what a blessing, The mix will be fine Add vinegar from wine To make a fine salad dressing!" Author's note: In the end; BP will pay close to nothing, and the rest of us will be stuck with the cost of the environmental damage. To the anti-government regulation libertarians: this lack of reason in law enables rich and powerful companies to get away with theft beyond imagination. Death to the Tea Party!

Nice Limerick Duke and great footnote..there was a contest not too long ago entitle Tainted Feathers and it was about the nasty oil spill and the devastation to wildlife and sea life as well... u know there is a new Limerick contest posted.. right now... battle of the bulge... only room for a few more entries so hurry and get one in before it fills up... so good u are back.... with luv from the "Sweetheart"

It's outrageous the way both BP and the government have handled this. Weeks now, and the oil still leaks. What can be done, Duke? Have you heard about the technology Kevin Costner helped develop to separate the oil and water? Wonderful idea, but how can we hope to clean up the mess when the contamination continues. This subject has been causing so many people a great deal of grief. The environment and livelihoods are at stake. Sorry for rambling. Great poem. Love, Carolyn
